The total cost for the Jamboree will be $250US per participant. This includes transportation, lodging, meals, activities, touring, Jamboree patch and neckerchief, as well as other specialty items. Payments are quoted in US dollars and need to be made on or before the scheduled due dates below.
Each contingent (NSO) will be required to pay a one-time registration fee of $150.00 US.
Participation will be open to male and female youth participants between the ages of 12 and 18. A special Rovers programme will be in place for young adult participants between the ages of 18 and 25.
Participants must be registered members of their National Scout Organisations.
Contingents will be allowed the following adult participation with their contingents:
International Service Team
Adults (18 and over) may register as part of our IST programme. IST members will be required on site one day before and after the Jamboree itself. Applicants must be recommended by their respective National Scout Organisations (NSOs).
Closing date for IST registration is January 31st, 2020.
Rover and Young Leader Programme
A special programme for Rovers and Young Leaders (19-26) will be in place. Registration deadline for this programme is November 30th, 2019.
This programme will feature high adventure activities and participants may choose from one of two options:
Cost of the programmes are 325USD and 850USD respectively.
8 youth scholarships will be provided for participants from throughout the region, between the ages of 14 and 18.
2 IST Scholarships will be provided for leaders between the ages of 18 and 24.
Scholarships will cover the full basic registration fee. Participants will be responsible for their transport to and from the event.
